PADDLEBOARDING
There is a reason why Paddle Boarding (SUP) is the fastest growing water sport and that’s because it is great fun and very accessible; you can do this whatever your age, weight or water experience. It is the perfect group activity but also an amazing way to just switch off and relax as well as increasing your core strength and general fitness.
Our courses run in the sheltered, calm waters in the channels in front of our centre most days of the week but if you can’t find a group class to suit you then grab some friends and book a private session at time and date to suit you.
